Kimberly Yates is the founding owner of Yates Estates and has been selling Real Estate in Atlanta since 2006. She is a member of the 400 North Board of REALTORS and Owner of Yates Estates. She uses her Sales Talent and Expansive Knowledge of the Atlanta Market to go the Extra Mile for her Clients. Her vast Experience includes Precise Market Analysis, Immense Community Knowledge, Distressed Property Assessment, New Home Construction, and Skillful Contract Negotiations. She is looking for the next opportunity to provide any Buyer and/or Seller a Professional Real Estate Experience. In 2017, Kimberly took her team concept and created her Brokerage. In 2018 Kimberly Expanded the Brokerage to include Full Service Property Management. During 2020 Kimberly became the Broker of the Yates Estates Brokerage. In 2021 Yates Estates added a Second Office Location. In 2022 Kimberly earned her GA Real Estate Instructor License and is now partnered with Moseley Real Estate Schools and offers Licensing for Real Estate Agents and Brokers.

• 2017 This year Yates Estates plans to take 10 years of team approach of Real Estate Sales to Opening the Yates Estates Brokerage. We still plan to give our clients all the same services the Yates Estates Team has in the past; matching online coverage, exposure to the contacts in the exclusive Yates Estates Database, and unmatched negotiation skills experience. We look forward to exceeding our past volume of up to $32 Million in Sales and push to exceed our 278 closed contracts. – Kimberly Yates
• 2018 Yates Estates is proud to announce that our 1st year of the Real Estate Brokerage was a success. We couldn’t be happier with the progress we have made and what was accomplished. Our staff made the transaction from Large Box Brokerage to our Boutique Brokerage seamless for our 250+ Listings and Nearly 100 Buyers. Nothing but positive growth ahead. – Kimberly Yates
• 2019 Yates Estates has an announcement! We were Forsyth County’s 2018 Small Business Award Winner!! We are so excited to be recognized for just doing our job the best we can everyday. Yates Estates is still the same people doing the same Real Estate transactions, closing over 150 properties happily every year. We love what we do. • 2020 We did it – Yates Estates matched our top year in units! Over 250 transactions. The goals for this year are to continue to grow our property management division and focus on further growth throughout Atlanta. •  2021 Last Year was certainly unique but Yates Estates persevered. Meeting our Sales Goal and Closing nearly 150 properties in and around Atlanta. • 2022 Yates Estates is so proud of our long standing Staff and New Agents for hitting the company sale quota in a challenging year. After being a Listing Agent for 16 years, I never thought there would be a year where there was more opportunity to sell verses homes to select from! Many more Owners decided to Cash in on their Home’s Equity this year with our trained and hard working Agents to remedy the current pent up buyer need. We are working on many New Endeavors, for the New Year including plans to open a Yates Estates Training Facility and Launching Community Management Services. • 2023 As a Company we have transition full time into our Downtown Cumming office at 327 Dahlonega Street and brought on 2 more Licensed Agents that we are VERY proud of-Gabe and Genavieve Yates.
